TERBERG'S WHISTLEBLOWING | Policy & Platform 

 

At Terberg, we believe every colleague should feel safe, respected, and valued. As a family-owned company, our people are at the heart of everything we do. To support an open and trustworthy culture across all Terberg companies, we are introducing SPEAK UP, our new whistleblowing policy and reporting platform. 

 

 

WHAT IS SPEAK UP? 

 

SPEAK UP is a companywide policy and digital platform that enables employees, contractors and external stakeholders to confidentially report concerns about (suspected) wrongdoing. It ensures that every report is handled professionally, consistently, and in line with legal requirements. 

The policy reassures every reporter that: 

  • Concerns are taken seriously. 
  • Reporting is encouraged, not punished. 
  • No retaliation will be tolerated. 
  • Confidentiality is fully guaranteed. 

 

 

IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN, HOW SHOULD YOU ACT? 

 

You can raise concerns about suspected wrongdoing through the following channels, in a confidential manner: 

  • Your direct manager or supervisor. 
  • Your Human Resources representative.

 

If you do not feel comfortable using these channels, you can use the Speak Up Reporting Channel. Through this platform, you can submit a report confidentially and, if you choose, anonymously. 

All reports are directed to the appropriate reviewer, either Group Legal & Compliance or senior HR management within your division. This ensures impartial followup and a structured, reliable process.

The SPEAK UP platform provides a single, secure reporting channel for both internal and external whistleblowers. Reports are directed to the appropriate reviewer, either Group Legal & Compliance or HR Senior Management, ensuring impartial follow up and a structured, reliable process.
